The Facility
NEW Training Center – 505 W. 3rd St. – Kimberly, WI
The Rock Solid Dogs Training program shares training philosophy and physical space with BALANCED K9s, a lifestyle and behavior training service. The NEW Training Center is also available for open mat time, play-dates, energetic exercise, and other dog-related activities.
Located about 1 mile east of the 441 Highway and about 1/2 mile north of County CE (College Avenue in Appleton), this facility is a large blue & white warehouse with convenient parking right at the front door. The temperature is always kept in the range of 55 to 75 degrees depending on the time of year so your dog will always be comfortable.
Safety is a primary focus at our facility which is why we use flooring that is kind to your dog’s structure when they are running, please do not tether your dog to any post or furniture, and we always require staff supervision while working with the Agility equipment if your dog is not an accomplished participant in this sport.

Indoor training is offered in a 50 x 75 warehouse space with foam “Great Mat” (puzzle-piece) matting on the floor. Please, during inclement weather bring a clean pair of shoes and change them after entering the building so the running surface may remain clean, dry, and safe.
Dogs should always be on leash when not actively training. Please no choke chains or prong collars, Flexi leads must be locked at less than 5 feet.
It’s always a good idea to bring along a bottle of water and bowl for your dog to get a drink.
